These terms cover your use of Aircaster, a personal media-casting app for Android. Aircaster provides channel, EPG and VOD lookup and casts playback to your TV over the local network — it is a personal media player and caster. You supply your own sources; Aircaster is the tool that looks them up and sends them to your screen. By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Aircaster, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you're using Aircaster on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.

The service

Aircaster is a personal media-casting app for Android (a sideloaded APK, package com.aircaster.app). It looks up channel, electronic-program-guide (EPG) and video-on-demand (VOD) listings and casts playback to TVs and players on your local network over DLNA / UPnP and AirPlay. It is a player and caster — not a content provider and not a streaming service. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Your responsibilities for sources & content

Aircaster does not supply media content. You are responsible for the sources and content you look up, play and cast, and for ensuring you have the right to access and use them.

• Use Aircaster only for content you are legally entitled to access.
• Don't use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You — not Aircaster — are responsible for what you choose to play and cast.

Accounts & OTP

Aircaster has no passwords and no social login. An email address is optional; when provided, it's used only for one-time-passcode (OTP) sign-in and to sync your subscription state. Keep access to your email secure, since the OTP is delivered there. We never ask for a phone number.

Subscription, trial & license

• Free trial. Aircaster includes a free 3-day trial.
• Optional subscription. After the trial, continued use is via an optional paid subscription. Payment is handled on the web checkout — by card via on-ramp, or optionally with on-chain USDT (TRON / TRC20). Aircaster stores no card data.
• License. A paid subscription issues a device-bound license token that is verified offline on your device. The license is tied to your device, not to an account.

No warranty

Aircaster is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or TV, or that any particular source or listing will be available. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aircaster and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; when we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are written to be plain and specific rather than exhaustive, and they are not a substitute for individualized legal advice.
