Cast to a TV

Start on your phone, send it to the big screen. Aircaster works with most smart TVs and streamers.

Step by step

Before you start: your phone and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Aircaster works with most smart TVs and streamers.

  1. Pick something to play

    Open a channel or a title in Aircaster and start it playing on your phone.

  2. Tap Cast

    Tap the Cast icon in the player. Aircaster looks for TVs and streamers on your Wi-Fi network.

  3. Choose the TV

    Pick your TV from the list of devices found on the network.

  4. Playback hands off

    The video moves to the TV and your phone becomes the remote — play, pause and change what is on from your hand.

Expected result

Your TV appears in the Cast list within a few seconds, and playback moves to the big screen while the phone stays in control.

⚠️ If it doesn't work

TV not found? Confirm the phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network, that the TV supports casting, and that your router does not have client isolation (also called AP isolation) turned on — it stops devices from seeing each other.

Format not supported? Some streams cannot play on some TVs. Play it on your phone instead.
